Originally built in 1907, the historic Hayes and Hopson Building was restored in 2009 and is home to The Century Room and Pack’s Tavern overlooking Pack’s Square Park. The Griffin Award winning restoration features exposed brick walls, the original tongue and groove wood trusses in the ceilings and turn of the century fittings.
The Century Room is over 4,000 square feet of open space, with a stage at one end, framed by huge windows overlooking the Jackson Building in Downtown Asheville.
At the Century Room, the friendly, professional staff will create a beautiful event of the highest quality. They offer personalized suggestions for custom food and drink menus, decorations and entertainment.
The Century Room offers exceptional services that will accomodate your special day. Their reception site fee includes rental of the event space, a full-service bar, in-house catering services, and a private room for members of the bridal party. The Century Room also feature delicious customizable menu options that feature traditional Southern entrees.
