A Charming & Romantic Wedding at Mountain View Farm- Courtney & Corey
Our Dreams Came True
Courtney and Craig envisioned a relaxing and peaceful wedding day with their family and friends. That is exactly how it turned out to be at Mountain View Farm on a warm September day. “We loved that our families and friends came together as we became one at such a gorgeous venue. We did a first look before the ceremony; that was really special to Corey and I," says Bride Courtney.
The Big Day
A little over a year of planning took place for their special day after Corey proposed on the beach, where the couple enjoys spending a lot of their free time. Courtney, being a relaxed bride, was happy with how perfect her wedding day went, even after a quick change of location for their wedding ceremony. With rain in the forecast, they moved the ceremony to under Mountain View Farm's pavilion to accommodate their guests. Everything turned out magical and beautiful even with some minor changes. The ceremony was full of hope and promise as their favorite scripture was quoted, “Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up! Again, if two lie together, they keep warm, but how can one keep warm alone? And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him—a threefold cord is not quickly broken." Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
The Reception
The venue accomodated an elegant evening for the bride and groom as they desired a night of dancing and celebrating. The colors of navy, grey and green were perfectly coordinated throughout each table setting. The scenery of rolling pastures and wooded glens added the romantic feel the couple had envisioned. Courtney and Corey shared their special first dance to the song Speechless by Dan + Shay. The guests also ejoyed a night of dancing and cheer as the newlyweds encorporated sentimenal and special songs.
Wedding Party
Courtney and Corey chose their closets family and friends to stand beside them on this day. Each person had a special purpose and meaning in their lives, so you could feel the closeness of this wedding party. Alan Dalton Photography truly captured some great shots throughout the day that the couple will forever treasure. The happiness, laughter and smiles also symbolized the couples love for each other that was seen and felt.
Fairy Tale Wedding
A special memory the couple also treasured was riding off in a horse drawn carriage. This service was provided by Mountain View Farm and it added the fairy tale feel that Courtney had always dreamed about since she was a little girl. The weather turned out to be beautiful, so the newlyweds spent some time outside on the farm, enjoying their magical wedding day.
Congratulations to this sweet couple! We are so happy for you both.
