Breathtaking Hill-Country Wedding at The Vista on Seward Hill | Amy + Keith
We love this breathtaking hill-country wedding that took place in the hills of Austin, Texas. Amy and Keith’s wedding was super sweet and absolutely beautiful. This wedding took place at the award-winning Austin event venue, The Vista on Seward Hill. We love this versatile venue so much! The venue is elegant but simple. Waterfall fountains fill the grounds surrounding a pond, with perfectly manicured grass, flower gardens and statues creating a perfect atmosphere for Amy and Keith’s unique exchange of vows. Amy and Keith’s choice of venue was both modern and versatile. It would allow them to make the day their own, with as many or as little touches of their own, because the space was already gorgeous and ceremony-ready!
Amy and Keith exchanged vows and rings under the huge live oak shade-trees within a beautiful garden setting. The ceremony terrace site features fire columns and a tranquil waterfall as the backdrop. Loving family and friends witnessed the beautiful marriage of the couple. Amy wore a white strapless mermaid-style bridal gown with a silver beaded sash. The bridesmaids wore beautiful flowy burgundy floor-length gowns. Lush green ferns, and fresh white florals with succulents and greenery, with hints of burgundy, were the florals used in the decor and in the bouquets. An adorable ring bearer and flower girl paved the way for Amy to make her way down the aisle. You would have never known the couple had a first look, prior to the ceremony. Keith and Amy shared both laughter and tears during their sweet vows.
Conveniently, the venue’s formal grand banquet hall opens to the gorgeous garden area and terrace to highlight the beautiful ceremony. This area was just perfect for Amy and Keith's reception. The couple and their guests had such a great time throughout the day of their event, especially on the dance floor dancing the night away at the reception! Amy & Keith departed as family and friends surrounded them to light the way with a fun glow stick departure. The entire event was romantic, full of love and picture-perfect!
