The Stakeout offers over 3,000 square feet, including a commercial kitchen and restaurant, three kiva fireplaces, an outdoor bar and grill, saltillo tile, hand carved doors, fine southwestern & modern art, both indoor and outdoor space for any celebration. We’re located atop Outlaw Hill, and you’d be hard pressed to find a view that wasn’t swept with purples, pinks, sages and snow capped mountains. Hosting an event can be a daunting endeavor, our team, lead by Cecilia Cuff can take the stress out and help you plan your ideal occasion.
