Serving as the only private country club within 40 miles of Harrisonburg, Virginia, Spotswood can accommodate up to 250 guests for a full service formal event. With onsite catering and coordinators, breath-taking views of the grounds, and a professional service staff, your wedding reception is sure to create a lifetime of memories for you, your friends, and your family. Built in 1926, Spotswood Country Club has provided weddings with a historical feel and magnificent views of our well manicured 18-hole golf course for many decades. Whether it be an intimate affair for 35 guests or a grand celebration for 250 guests, our beautifully appointed rooms with neutral color schemes are sure to serve as the perfect setting for your momentous occasion. Our elegant Ballroom, complete with six chandeliers, a built-in dance floor, and 15-foot ceilings, will stun your guests as you dance the night away in commemoration of your special day. Although a private club, non-members are welcome to host their events at Spotswood.
