Housed on the top two levels of Center In The Square, an architecturally acclaimed building, The Penthouse boasts floor to ceiling windows in its interior space. Its two rooftop decks feature 360 degree expansive views of charming downtown Roanoke and the Blue Ridge Mountain range. The Penthouse, an architectural beauty, is available for a wide-variety of events including: banquets, weddings, cocktail receptions, photo shoots, proposals, product launches, movie shoots, bar and bat mizvahs, birthday parties, proms, seminars, corporate and private dinners, and anniversary parties. The space accommodates up to 500 guests for cocktail parties and 150 guests for sit down dinners- there is no minimum party size for events. The hardwood flooring and clean, neutral decor of The Penthouse lends itself to a variety of different decors and themes to fit right in making it truly a unique space for your special occasion. To meet your budget needs, there are various levels of rental packages available, but your Penthouse rental always includes the use of tables, smoke grey charivari chairs, and white folding chairs. Table linens and additional styles of chairs are available at an additional cost. The Penthouse is proud to provide all inclusive packages with catering, floral, rentals, lighting, entertainment, officiants, and event planning services. The space is managed by CLED, an award winning event planning company who has serviced the Roanoke Valley for 20 years. They understand events, and are available to assist in ensuring that your event runs seamlessly and looks beautiful.
