Saint Mary's School offers a beautiful, historic campus with a variety of spaces available for rental. Saint Mary's rental facilities include Ragland and Pittman Auditoriums, the Chapel, Bacon gymnasium, the indoor swimming pool, board rooms, classrooms, Nimocks Athletic Field and the practice field. Arrangements must be made with Saint Mary's 30 days to two weeks in advance, depending on the facility and the size of the group. A contract, proof of insurance and advance payment are required from clients who rent Saint Mary's facilities. Outside catering is allowed, but Saint Mary's provides no kitchen facilities, so food must arrive ready-to-serve. Audio-visual equipment is available, but additional fees may apply. Saint Mary's School requires advance notification of any special setup requiring AV equipment, chairs or tables.
