The Barn at Madison is an elegantly unique, renovated Post-American Revolution Era, one-of-a-kind venue with something for everyone. Built circa 1799, the gleaming marble floors, plaster walls, and stained glass windows will leave your guests remembering your event for years to come! Its rich history provides a glimpse into our Colonial past. Maximum Seating Capacity: Ideal maximum reception size would be 150-175 depending upon seating arrangements and use of outdoor balcony, etc. Catering – Currently an open catering policy. You can use any caterer you’d like (as long as they are insured and we approve them), or if you need assistance, we can refer you. Wedding Ceremony Grounds : Outside wedding grounds with pergola available. Weddings may also be held in the Washington room. Plastic folding chairs included with Wedding Ceremony package. Alcohol – Client must utilize a certified and insured bartender and supply their own alcohol. Our staff can assist you with the information and procedures for acquiring a bartender. Also, some caterers have a liquor license allowing them to serve alcohol as part of their package. Tables & Chairs – We provide in our venue fees: Up to 175 white Chiavari chairs for the Washington Ballroom, and the Braddock room. (13) 8′ rectanuglar tables, (15) 6′ rectangular tables, (10) 60″ round tables, (2) 48″ round tables, and (2) 4′ long rectangular tables. Rental Equipment: – Rented chairs, tables, fountains, or other equipment are welcome from an outside source.
