One Eleven Place is a special event rental facility with a fresh environment to handle any type of gathering. Our facility has been specifically designed to accommodate a full range of events, from business events to dinners and wedding receptions. Morning meetings, seminars, luncheon programs and cocktail receptions are all more interesting at One Eleven Place. One Eleven Place offers an elegant 3,360 square foot Grand Ballroom that can accommodate 100-400 people and is extremely flexible in its use. This exquisite room can be used for a wide variety of functions including weddings, parties, galas, conventions, trade shows and other business events. The Grand Ballroom opens onto an expansive 4,000 square foot garden patio that is perfect for a ceremony and or reception, rehearsal dinner or cocktail party. Our smaller, more intimate ballroom is perfect for luncheons, client presentations, soirees and seminars.
