The Covenant and the attached 140-year old Murray Mansion will offer three venue spaces each with their own unique historic charm. Currently being renovated and repurposed from a church into a reception venue space. The Covenant has massive vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows and a choir loft which can be used for overflow seating or as a “lounge” area overlooking the space with couches, cocktail tables, etc. The back bar will be a reworked 16-foot high pipe organ sitting close to the altar, which will seat the wedding party. The Covenant will be able to accommodate up to 300 guests. Our smaller event space accommodating up to 75 guests. The mansion, built in 1874, is on the National Register of Historic Properties and it has all the detailing and character that you would expect to see in a 140-year old mansion including impressive ceiling medallions moldings, a grand staircase, and marble fireplaces in every room. Two adjoining dining rooms will serve as the dining space, while the main family room will be setup for the DJ and dancing. In the study, just off the main room, will be the private bar for your event.
