He was always available in store or even via text, very respectful of the fact that we work night shift which sometimes makes business hours communication difficult. After just a few weeks we had the perfect design 3d printed for her approval and shortly after a finished product that matched what she had dreamt of. Would bring my business back here, and specifically to Randy, again without hesitation. The ring is absolutely perfect.'
