I had Jewelry Designs make a custom engagement ring to fit a family diamond into. The staff was very helpful, pleasant, and transparent with their processes and pricing. Shortly after placing the order, I realized I had given them the wrong ring size and they were able to make the correction without a hitch. The ring came out beautifully and my wife and I are exceedingly happy with it. The staff, and almost everyone that sees it, finds it to be a lovely design.
