They understand that flowers are purchased at times of intense emotion -- either high or low -- and their service representatives conduct themselves accordingly. They're among the most caring and understanding people I've dealt with in any business or industry, and the quality of their products matches the quality of their service, at what always seems to be an extremely reasonable price. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!"
