My name is Kayla Bair, I own and operate Petal and Bloom Floral Design in Blackfoot, Idaho. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Horticulture with an emphasis in floral Design from BYU-Idaho and studied with Phil Rulloda at the Southern California School of Floral Design. I love to design and create unique arrangements for all occasions. From funerals to weddings, our talented staff can assist you will all of your floral needs.
