Gail's Custom Cakes

Your wedding cake should be the centerpiece of your reception and a reflection of the wedding day you have always envisioned. At your consultation we will discuss many different choices which will help me create a custom designed wedding cake that is everything you have imagined. Bring your ideas, photographs, magazine clippings, and fabric swatches to use for color matching. Also, one or two guests are welcome to join you during your consultation. I will provide a sample of cake for tasting. If you would like a specific flavor, please let me know when we book your consultation. Consultations usually last about an hour. If you are considering a grooms cake, we can discuss your choices for that as well during this time.
