Andrea has 29 years of cake experience. She considers herself a true "cake snob" knowing the science of baking and the pleasure food can bring to a palate. Respecting and preserving the thought of using the purest ingredients and heirloom recipes to deliver the highest quality cake. Having a passion, sense of perfection and drive to be unique has helped elevate Classic Cakes into something unique and unseen in the Midwest. Her cakes have graced the pages of national publications like Town & Country to North Coast Weddings Magazine and wedding blogs such as Style Me Pretty and 100 Layer Cake. We have just been chosen by Bride's Magazine as one of the top 100 wedding cake studios in the United States. Cake is her art and sugar, eggs, flour, butter and salt are her medium.
