Kakes By Katie - I am proudly a professional home baker and have been doing so for the last twelve years. This is my full time job and not just a weekend hobby. I am recognized by the state as a ” cottage food business ” and I am not required to hold a food permit. I do however have my business license as well as full liability insurance. I am not an allergen free kitchen and therefore do NOT offer gluten, egg or wheat free products. If these are something you require for your wedding, please ask and I can refer you to some bakeries that can accommodate your needs. I bake, decorate and deliver each cake personally and guarantee your satisfaction.
