My name is Dawn. I am a graduate of the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) and have been baking and doing custom cakes and confections for over 25 years. I am the mother to 3 beautiful children and Nani to 2 beautiful Granddaughters. Besides baking and entertaining, I love the outdoors. ​ All of my confections are created with the finest ingredients including sweet cream butter, Gherardlli and Sharffen Berger Chocolates, pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, and the freshest fruits, vegetables and natural citrus zests. ​
