My name is Dawn. I am a graduate of the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) and have been baking and doing custom cakes and confections for over 25 years. I am the mother to 3 beautiful children and Nani to 2 beautiful Granddaughters. Besides baking and entertaining, I love the outdoors.
