A Splendid Affair

A Splendid Affair was initially located in Carbondale. When the opportunity arose to move the business to a gorgeous old 1889 foursquare in downtown Carterville, TJ's hometown, it seemed the perfect location. The decision was an easy one, and after much renovation and late nights, with unexpected surprises along the way, and lots of sweat equity, the historic home became a wonderfully cozy and comfortable meeting space for event clients and brides. Of course, vintage doesn't come without quirks! (Just ask!) But it is a beautiful space and you'll love the old girl, hopefully as much as The Barefoot Florist does!
