Bon Vivant is a luxury, kitchen equipment showroom and retail store that operates under the Hews Group of Companies. This locally owned and operated company is currently located on Market Street at Camana Bay in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. Bon Vivant is unique in that it has a fully functional demo kitchen located in the middle of the store with kitchen equipment displays along the entire length of one wall in the store, while kitchen gadgets, tools and accessories rest on stainless steel shelving in the center, giving the showroom a commercial kitchen like feel. Bon Vivant attracts a wide spectrum of clients from both the amateur and professional chef arena. The store attracts persons who enjoy food, wine and entertaining, which is why the demo kitchen element of the facility is so important.
