Owner, Emily (Grisley) Rodriguez, has always had a passion for flowers. With her middle name being "Rose", it quite have possibly been destiny! She developed her knowledge and skill while working at flower shops through college. Emily has always been drawn to the charm that the Old South Pearl Street has. When the Victorian house, on the corner of Pearl and Iowa, became available, she knew that this was the perfect spot where she could turn her dream of having a flower shop of her own into a reality. With the help of her family and friends, 1611 South Pearl Street was successfully transformed into a quaint cottage that is bursting with color. The inside is full of everything that Emily loves. Flowers, ribbon, antiques, candy and one of a kind gifts are just a few of the items you will find inside. Being a young business owner, Emily is forever grateful to her family for the support and help they share. She enjoys being able to add joy to the lives of others by sharing her love of flowers.
