Wedding and Celebration Cakes I love to design custom cakes that represent the best of you... Just as you are an individual, no two weddings or events are the same. Your cake should not be the same either. Your event should be the ultimate personalized representation of you. From every detail such as your invitation, dress, colors, flowers, and even the location you choose, it is used to inspire me to design an extraordinary custom cake that is everything you dreamed it could be. I will follow up with you for a initial phone consultation to identify my availability and other key factors. It is helpful for you to have your venue booked and a clear budget in mind for your cake design. Upon meeting at either a tasting or consultation, we will brainstorm ideas of an original cake design. If needed for an additional fee, I can create a custom sketch, storyboard or even mockups to provide you with the visual elements as it will be presented. I use real sized styrofoam and fondant swatch samples to provide a true to life visual reference for level of detail and composition. We will review and refine the design until you are 100% satisfied. During your consultation, we will also discuss table placement, linen, cake stand options and lighting to ensure that your cake or dessert table is the highlight of your reception. My goal is to provide you with a personal experience from your first phone call to your cake delivery. Take the next step... Private Tastings are held Monday & Tuesday in Washington, DC from 2pm - 6pm, and Wednesday & Thursday in Waldorf, MD from 10am to 6pm.
