Sylvia Weinstock Cakes

At the end of 2016, I decided to expand my New York business in new directions. With successful partners in Japan and Kuwait, it was time to continue this process, licensing with the very best cake artists all over the world, teaching my techniques in creating the most delicious — and beautiful — cakes. For 35 years it has been a source of enormous personal joy and satisfaction to be part of my own wonderful team of bakers and artists. And now I believe, with our new team of global licensees trained by me, our creations will still be the best; reflecting the quality, workmanship and pride every Sylvia Weinstock creation is known for and enjoyed. The time has come for new priorities and challenges. Along with additional licensees for Sylvia Weinstock Cakes, I am excited about other endeavors, public speaking and teaching among them. Remember, my first career was teaching! It has always been a delight, and an enormous honor, to work with you and your families during life’s moments of joy and celebration.
