Fiancee is a family owned and operated business with multiple locations across North Dakota. Debbie Harris opened Fiancee in 1985 after researching the amount of marriage licenses distributed in Ward County annually. After performing her marketing research she knew she was on to something! Our original location was inside of Dakota Square Mall back when the mall wasn’t even open on Sundays. We quickly out grew our mall location and moved to our 10,000 square foot building in Downtown Minot.
