I have been in the cake business for over 30 years in such roles as baker, pastry chef, cake designer, and bakery manager. I have designed a cake program for a major retailer, managed bakeries for several international retailers, and have been in charge of cake decorating lessons for new staff. I’ve even won a county fair Blue Ribbon for one of my cakes. The experiences I have gained at each step of my career have helped me fine-tune my skills so that one day I could start my own business, and here I am!
