Amazing customer service and vintage collection: I stopped in to Stencel by chance, I’d been looking for an engagement ring, but didn’t have a big budget and was trying to find something that really suited me well. Katrina was very patient with me and extremely helpful as I tried on several rings, and eventually found a beautiful vintage piece that I knew was right immediately! I wasn’t sure about the sizing, so they told me to wear it for a while and if I needed resizing they’d do it no charge. I felt very cared for here and I’m grateful I found such a special ring with their help!"
