'So I've purchased jewelry from here and had repairs done which have been a great experience, but nothing tops tonight when I've been waiting 4 months for the manufacturer to send me extra links on my watch (the watch company not the jeweler took that long). They finally arrived today and I ran over to Kingsley Jewelry 30 minutes before closing and they not only added the links in like 5 minutes, but didn't charge me anything. I am so happy I get to finally wear my watch!'
