'Fantastic customer service. My mom bought a new purse there, and the owner was so sweet, making sure she had everything she wanted in a bag. The next morning one of the pieces came loose that kept the zipper in place. We took it back to the shop and the owner's husband (?) fixed the part that came loose, and they insisted that my mom take a second purse to make up for the inconvenience! The customer service is astounding. They are truly sweet and genuine people.'
